Dear users,
We have a very early preview regarding the integration with other calendar apps subject. At this time it works “from coolendar” > “to google, ical or your preferred calendar app”, but the inverse is coming. It is very useful to make use of other apps notifications and even have your events on your mobile calendar app. How does it work?
1. At the bottom of your coolendar, copy the small, almost hidden url of the “ics” link.
2. On Google Calendar, go to “Other Calendars”, “Add”, “Add by URL” and paste.
3. On iCal, go to “Calendar”, “Subscribe” and paste. Other desktop calendar apps may be similar.Integrating with Google Calendar will also integrate (events and notifications) with Android, that’s great.
What do you think?
Best regards! ;)

Use commands such as "every" to have an event happen more then once (Example: every 15th, pay bills)

Alerts should be editable
I get the coolendar-mail-alerts 5 minutes before the event. I'd like to be able to edit my alerts: make them come earlier, turn them off etc.

User-friendly dates
I would really like to see "Tomorrow" instead of 3/11, and for the next 6 days, I would rather see "Wed." instead of the date.

Allow for all day events
Entering:
tomorrow shop for groceries
will create an event starting midnight.
I rarely shop for groceries at midnight.
It would be a lot better to create an event for the whole day instead of forcing the user to tie an event to a specific time of day.37 votes -
problem tomorrow <> today
See here : http://clip2net.com/clip/m38350/1289375668-clip-86kb.jpg
I've created an entry: do it ! tomorrow
As you see, it is shown on today.Could it be due to timezones?

timezones
I don't understand how you have your timezones set up, specifically for the United States, maybe I'm just missing something but wouldn't it just be easier to have the standard timezones listed ie pacific, mountain, central etc... instead of a mix of states and cities. I couldn't find any recognizable city anywhere close to where I live.

Dear users,
This is based on the standard timezone database.
The big advantage on using the country/city format is to have daylight savings automatically set, what doesn’t happen on other formats.
However this is also a cultural point, we believe we must provide the formats people are used to.
So in your opinion what other formats should we provide? Thanks for the feedback! ;)

allow sub tasks for each entry
It would be great to be able to line subtasks to an entry and also allow the dates for those subtasks to be different to the original

Change the date of a task by dragging and dropping onto 'today', 'tomorrow' etc
Make it easy to decide to change a task to today or tomorrow (would work great with unscheduled tasks).
